About the translator: Angelika Beba
I am professional translator for French and German.
I came to the South of France for my studies at the University. Rather quickly I literally fell in love with the country, its people, its language, its humor and its culture. Finally I decided to settle in France, but without losing the contact with my country and my mother tongue. For personal and professional reasons I have very frequent contact with German speaking people and I am very often in Germany. I got used to handle both languages equally and to switch quickly and easily from French into German and vice versa.
Today I work as a free-lance translator (professional translator for French and German). My office is at my home, which is located in a small village in Provence, not far from Marseille.
Nice and Marseille airports, as well as the TGV-railway stations in Toulon, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille allow me to be extremely flexible from a geographical point of view.
